ABOUT AMY
Hi, I’m Amy Ruth Petersen.
If we were sitting across the table, I’d want to hear your story, and we’d probably end up talking about the sweet rescue of Jesus. We’d ask good questions, laugh a little, and be honest about what’s hard.
I’m a Bible teacher, podcast host, and ministry wife who’s spent more than 30 years walking alongside women. I love opening God’s Word together and discovering how His truth meets us in our everyday lives. I’m still learning, too.
Come as you are. Nothing fancy, just real life, probably with a little mess. You don’t have to have everything figured out to pull up a chair with me.
A little of my story
Brandon and I have raised three boys, welcomed a daughter-in-law we absolutely adore, and still have one son at home keeping us on our toes. Life with this crew has given us plenty to laugh about, pray over, and figure out as we go.
We’ve spent much of our married life serving the church together. I love the church, and I know ministry can hold both deep joy and real heartache. Those years have shaped me as a wife, mom, and teacher - and given me a tender place in my heart for women carrying more than people can see.
What
anchors me.
I believe the Bible is the inspired, true, and trustworthy Word of God. Jesus is our Savior, grace is a gift, and we need one another as we follow Him.
